Welcome! I look forward to moving with you. I am a classically trained Pilates Instructor with 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. I specialize in helping clients build strength and flexibility so that they can move through life with confidence and ease.
I hold specialized training in Pre & Postnatal Pilates as well as functional anatomy and injury recovery.
I believe strongly in Pilates as an inclusive practice and welcome movers of all backgrounds, ages, body types and abilities.
In addition to my Pilates certification, I am a certified Yoga Instructor, certified Pre & Postnatal Instructor, and hold an MFA in Dance. I have years of experience teaching and leading instructor trainings at boutique fitness studios including Equinox, FLEX Studios, and Lithe Method, and now teach out of my home studio in Westchester, NY.
